Hot97 a la possibilité grâce à ses nombreux amis dans l'industrie Hip Hop, de faire appel aux maisons de disques, aux artistes et aux producteurs afin de proposer des évènements charitatifs et de s'engager auprès d'organisations humanitaires comme "the Chancellor's Literacy Program, the United Negro College Fund, Walk to Cure Diabetes, Safe Horizon, September 11th Fund, and AIDS Walk New York". La fondation depuis sa création a déjà recolté plus d'un millions de dollars.
